- In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, then toss in the cooked carrots and green beans.
- Drizzle honey over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through and glazed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds or parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or a sprinkle of fresh thyme. This recipe works well with frozen vegetables too; just adjust cooking time slightly.
