- 1 lb (450g) carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks or rounds
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots and cook 5–7 minutes until just tender. Drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and honey together, stirring until combined.
- Add the cooked carrots to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the honey butter.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of orange juice while glazing. Serve immediately for best taste.
