  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges

  2. Cook chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, and lime juice. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Coat chicken: Return chicken to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and warm.
  7. Assemble tacos: Fill tortillas with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
  8. Serve: Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and serve immediately.

Notes
