- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: mushrooms, olives, sausage, or spinach

- Seal pockets: Fold dough over filling and press edges tightly with a fork to seal.

- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
