  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (optional for color)
  • 12 tsp hot sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Mix base: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add cheeses & veggies: Fold in shredded cheddar, green onions, and bell peppers if using.
  3. Season: Add hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  4. Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Adjust hot sauce for desired spice level. You can also bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes for a warm, gooey dip.
