- 12 oz high-protein or regular pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: spinach or broccoli

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Greek yogurt until creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
- Add vegetables if using and heat through before serving.
Notes
For extra protein, use protein pasta or add cottage cheese blended into the sauce. Do not boil after adding yogurt to prevent curdling.
