  3. Prepare couscous: In a small pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in couscous, cover, and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  4. Assemble bowls: Divide couscous between bowls. Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
