Instructions

- Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
