- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional coating: 2 tbsp coconut sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon

- Shape bites: Roll dough into small bite-sized balls.
- Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place bites in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and puffed.
- Coat: While warm, toss churro bites in cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Serve: Enjoy warm, plain or with a yogurt or chocolate dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, lightly spray churro bites with oil before air frying. These are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
