- 1 cup salsa verde
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese

Notes
For extra heat, use spicy salsa verde or add sliced jalapeños before melting the cheese. Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken breasts if preferred. This recipe also works beautifully on a grill pan indoors.
