- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.

- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure spinach is fully drained to prevent soggy pinwheels. You can add diced bell peppers or chopped olives for extra flavor and color.
