- Prepare dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Stir in sugar, melted butter, molasses, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and eggs. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough: Knead on a lightly floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
- Prepare filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter.
- Roll dough: Roll dough into a rectangle about 12×18 inches. Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll tightly from the long edge and cut into 12 rolls.
- Second rise: Place rolls in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
