Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly, and place 1 teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center. Cover with another small piece of dough, sealing edges.
- Arrange on prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies. Bake for 10β12 minutes or until just set.
