- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the same skillet.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice if using. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables. For extra richness, add 1–2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the sauce. Chicken thighs can be substituted for juicier results.
