Honey Dijon Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Notes
For extra protein, add grilled chicken. Pecans can replace walnuts. Toss apples in a little lemon juice to prevent browning if preparing ahead.
