Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle red wine (750 ml)
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 6 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and orange juice. Stir well.
  2. Add figs, blackberries, and orange slices. Mix gently.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) for best flavor infusion.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water and ice cubes. Stir lightly.
  5. Serve chilled in glasses, making sure each serving has some fruit.

Notes

You can substitute red wine with rosé for a lighter version. For added sweetness, adjust with honey or simple syrup to taste.
