- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or more for extra flavor)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or prepare a skillet if pan-frying.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix gently until combined.
- Form mixture into 1–2 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or keep ready for frying).
- Bake meatballs for 18–20 minutes until cooked through and golden, or heat olive oil in a skillet and fry on medium heat, turning to brown all sides and cook through.
- Optional: Simmer cooked meatballs in marinara sauce for 5–10 minutes for extra flavor.
- Serve warm, alone or over pasta, rice, or in a sub sandwich.
Notes
For extra tenderness, soak breadcrumbs in milk for a few minutes before mixing. Ground turkey or chicken can be used for a lighter version. Garlic flavor can be intensified by roasting garlic first.
