- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

- Heat the pan: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs: Add meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce, pasta, or rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, simmer the cooked meatballs in marinara sauce for 5–10 minutes before serving. You can also bake them at 400°F (200°C) for about 15–18 minutes instead of pan-frying.
