  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 46 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Optional: crumbled feta cheese

  2. Place sliced chicken, peppers, and onion on the sheet pan.

  4. Spread into an even layer and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm pita breads in the oven for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Fill pitas with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, tzatziki, and feta if desired. Serve immediately.
