- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and arrange the Ritz crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and spread with a spatula.
