- Make the frosting: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.
- Assemble the dessert pizza: Spread frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Create the flag design: Arrange blueberries in the upper left corner to represent stars.
- Arrange strawberry slices in horizontal rows to create flag stripes.
- Add raspberries or patriotic sprinkles if desired for extra decoration.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

For cleaner slices, chill the dessert pizza before cutting. You can also use homemade sugar cookie dough if preferred.
