- 1–2 tsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
- Optional: 1/4 tsp paprika, cinnamon, or garlic powder for flavor variations
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil or melted butter and salt in a mixing bowl. Add optional spices if desired.
- Spread seeds evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden and crisp.
- Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra crunch, let seeds cool fully on the baking sheet. Experiment with different spices for variety.
