Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil or melted butter and salt in a mixing bowl. Add optional spices if desired.
  3. Spread seeds evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden and crisp.
  5. Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
