  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup neutral oil (vegetable, avocado, or light olive oil)

  2. Pour the oil on top and let it settle for 30 seconds.
  3. Place an immersion blender at the bottom of the jar and blend without moving for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Slowly lift the blender to emulsify until thick and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.
