- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Au jus for serving (store-bought or homemade)

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef evenly over the buns, then top with provolone slices.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and thyme. Drizzle over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted.
- Optional: garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving. Adjust seasonings in the butter for more flavor.
