- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella. Tear basil leaves into smaller pieces.
- Combine: In a large bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, and basil.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, then serve fresh and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning or a splash of lemon juice. Use heirloom cherry tomatoes for more color, and try burrata instead of mozzarella for a creamy upgrade.
