- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.
- Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg, then coat evenly in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges if desired.

For an oven-baked version, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway. These cutlets pair beautifully with pasta, salad, or roasted vegetables.
