  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Notes

For extra crunch, add finely chopped bell peppers or shredded carrots on top. These bites are best assembled shortly before serving to keep the cucumbers crisp. For a dairy-free option, simply omit the feta cheese.
