- 1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish

- Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the meat.
- Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
- Dollop ricotta over ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute spinach or meat-filled ravioli. For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach between layers. Leftovers reheat beautifully.
