  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  2. Make sauce: In the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season: Add salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
  6. Combine: Return shrimp to the pan and toss in the sauce.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp—they cook quickly and can become rubbery. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
