  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

  3. Make sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add pesto: Stir in Parmesan cheese and pesto until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss until everything is coated evenly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes
