  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

  6. Mix in Parmesan and feta cheese, stirring until creamy.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra feta or Parmesan.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes or cooked chicken for extra protein.
