  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, cheese (if using), and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form balls: Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1–2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush with butter: Lightly brush each ball with melted butter for a golden finish.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and heated through.
