- 4 cups prepared stuffing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp melted butter, for brushing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, cheese (if using), and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form balls: Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1–2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with butter: Lightly brush each ball with melted butter for a golden finish.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Serve: Enjoy warm as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle with a little cranberry sauce before serving. You can also make these ahead of time and bake just before serving.
