- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16.3 oz) tube refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle half of the cooked sausage, bacon, and cheese over the biscuits.
- Repeat with remaining biscuit pieces, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered casserole.
- Bake for 35β40 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm!
