- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
