This Christmas Cracker Toffee, also known as Christmas Crack, is a simple and irresistible holiday treat! πβ¨ Made with buttery toffee, melted chocolate, and a salty cracker base, itβs the perfect mix of crunchy, sweet, and festive.

- 40 saltine or Ritz crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semisweet)
- Holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange crackers in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring until bubbly. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and spread gently.
- Bake for 5 minutes, until the toffee bubbles. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Let sit for 2β3 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate evenly. Top with sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
- Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
