- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- Holiday sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil gently for 3 minutes.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and spread to cover.
- Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate evenly. Top with sprinkles or nuts if desired.
- Cool completely or chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Break into pieces and serve!
