- 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded chicken. Simmer for 20 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.
- Serve hot with tortilla strips and your favorite toppings.
