- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and arrange evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
- Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the casserole is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can swap the mixed vegetables for broccoli, mushrooms, or green beans. For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of dried herbs like thyme or parsley to the chicken mixture.
