- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed

- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg, vanilla extract, mint extract, and food coloring if using.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon portions and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra Shamrock Shake vibes, drizzle cooled cookies with a simple vanilla glaze or add white chocolate chips to the dough.
