- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies and let them finish setting as they cool. You can also add white chocolate chips or drizzle icing over the cooled cookies for a festive touch.
