- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Ranch dressing or garlic sauce for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.
- Divide cooked chicken evenly among tortillas.
- Top each with mozzarella, cheddar, and optional diced bell peppers.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are warmed through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or garlic sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in garlic, olive oil, and spices for 30 minutes before cooking. These wraps can also be prepared ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
