- Optional: whipped cream or chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the pumpkin cheese mixture onto each cracker.
- Optional: top with whipped cream or sprinkle with chopped pecans for garnish.
- Arrange on a serving platter and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Prepare the pumpkin cream cheese mixture a day ahead for easier assembly. Adjust spices and sweetness to taste.
