Instructions
Instructions
- Infuse the milk: Heat milk until warm (not boiling) and steep chamomile tea bags for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and honey.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and chamomile milk until smooth.
- Fill liners 2/3 full and bake 18–20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Make buttercream: Beat butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar, honey, chamomile milk, and salt.

Notes
For stronger floral flavor, steep tea longer but avoid bitterness. If frosting becomes too soft, chill briefly before piping. Garnish with dried chamomile flowers or a light drizzle of honey before serving.
