  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pecan Topping:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until creamy.
