- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15β20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer on medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the cranberry glaze until evenly coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
