- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for desired heat)
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce.
- Thread chicken cubes onto skewers evenly.
- Brush or toss chicken with half of the bang bang sauce.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes.
- Brush with remaining sauce before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for spiciness. For extra flavor, marinate chicken in sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
