  • Optional: 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs or paprika for extra flavor
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat, for baking

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional herbs or paprika.
  3. Using a spoon, place small mounds of the mixture on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1–2 inches apart. Flatten slightly if desired.
  4. Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes. They will crisp further as they cool.
  6. Serve as a snack, appetizer, or sprinkle over salads and pasta for added crunch and flavor.

Notes

You can make larger rounds for Parmesan crisps or smaller mounds for bite-sized snacks. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days for best texture.
