- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional herbs or paprika.
- Using a spoon, place small mounds of the mixture on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1–2 inches apart. Flatten slightly if desired.
- Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes. They will crisp further as they cool.
- Serve as a snack, appetizer, or sprinkle over salads and pasta for added crunch and flavor.
Notes
You can make larger rounds for Parmesan crisps or smaller mounds for bite-sized snacks. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days for best texture.
