Description
These Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are warm, flaky, buttery, and incredibly easy to make. With creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and golden puff pastry, they’re the perfect festive appetizer for holidays, parties, or entertaining guests.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
- Honey, for drizzling (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 small squares.
- Press each square into the wells of the mini muffin pan.
- Add a cube of brie to each pastry cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
Notes
These bites can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving. Brie rind is edible and does not need to be removed. For variation, substitute cranberry sauce with fig jam, apricot preserves, or hot pepper jelly.
