- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- Optional garnish: fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
- Cut puff pastry into small squares, slightly larger than the muffin cups.
- Press a pastry square into each muffin cup to form a small cup.
- Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, then top with about 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and brie is melted.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
