Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Fold: Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Freeze: Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy plain or topped with coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the creamiest texture and best flavor. For a vegan version, swap heavy cream for whipped coconut cream. Add mint or matcha for a twist!
